NEFERA Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with NEFERA. We take pride in carefully preparing and packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (U.S. only).

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily use trusted carriers such as USPS to ensure reliable delivery.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. NEFERA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, NEFERA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

Warm Weather Advisory
Because our products are made with natural ingredients like whipped tallow, they may soften or melt in warmer temperatures. We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery. NEFERA is not responsible for melting due to heat exposure during transit.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
