Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

Because our products are personal care items, we cannot restock or resell returned goods. This policy ensures the safety, integrity, and quality of every product we deliver.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind our products.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Or incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at neferasupport@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.

Non-Returnable Items
All NEFERA products are final sale, including:
  • Whipped tallow creams
  • Balms
  • Lip care products

We do not accept returns on:

Shipping Issues
NEFERA is not responsible for:
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

Warm Weather Notice
Due to the natural composition of our products, softening or melting may occur in warmer temperatures.

This does not affect product quality. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.
